Lots of Real Estate Web Sites offer Home Searches of some type or another. However, we know that each of you - whether Buyer or Renter - has differing time constraints and patience levels. We don't think the 'One Search Fits All' concept is the way to go; and believe that you should have the choice of how to put your moving plans in motion and search for suitable housing matches.

Following are the choices offered to you by Intown Properties.
 

Option 1 ~
Very, very simple! Let Intown do the searching for you. Just give us a Call or fill in our simple Information Questionnaire to let us know what you're looking for; and one of our REALTOR professionals will get to work. Using State of The Art Data Bases and Old Fashion Market Knowledge; they will provide suggestions of properties that best meet your wants and needs; and then Schedule Appointments for you to see them personally. This option works best for people with busy schedules and those needing to move quick.
 

Option 2 ~
We maintain several searches of varying property types, locations, and prices, and then display the results under either the Renting or Buying or  Featured Listings links in the Red 'Nav Bar' at the top of every page. You get quick results with minimal effort. When you see a property of interest, give us a Call or use the Contact Me Now button. This option works best for people who want an easy way to search or are just starting to look.
 

Option 3 ~
Browse around the Property Links in the Gray 'Nav Bar' at the top of every page. Each of these links is like a Web Site within a Web Site, with information on the Area, Types of Properties, Points of Interest . . . plus pictures and descriptions of hundreds of properties currently available For Sale or For Rent in Dallas. This option works best for people who like moderate involvement.

Option 4 ~
This is the Ultimate SmartSearch, and puts You in total control of virtually every aspect of not only the search criteria . . . but how you want to see or be notified of your search results. You can search by Map, Price, Size, Zip Code, Type of Property, Amenities, Schools . . . the list is almost endless. You can make inquiries, even schedule showings. It's like the old days of  driving around Sunday Afternoons looking for Open Houses or For Sale Signs. The big difference is you do it from the comfort of your Home or Office. At $4.00 a Gallon for gas, we think this makes a whole lot more sense. This option works best for those dedicated 'Do It Yourselfers'.

SearchSaver^SM

This tool allows you to save searches to your "SearchSaver^SM" folder so you can conveniently manage and view your searches at any time and receive email notification when new listings, that fit your search criteria, become available.

When you run a search that you would like to add to your "SearchSaver^SM", click the tab located on the top of the page that says:

SearchSaver The first time you add a "SearchSaverSM", you will be prompted to create an account. Once you're logged in, you can manage your "SearchSaver" (add, remove, view, email, etc.) without having to reenter your login information. If you do not have any saved searches. Begin a new search  Once you run an initial search, you may opt to refine your search. This will narrow your search results to fit your new criteria, such as price range, minimum square footage and more. Any time you receive search results, you will have the option to "Save This Search" and receive an email notification when new listings that fit your search become available. Favorite Listings This tool allows you to save listings to your "Favorite Listings" folder so you can conveniently manage and view your Favorite Listings at any time. In addition, you can email your Favorite Listings to your agent, a co-buyer or a friend. When you find a listing that you would like to add to your Favorite Listings, click the "Add to Favorites" link in the Tools box: Add to Favorites The first time you add a Favorite Listing you will be prompted to enter your login information. Once you're logged in, you can manage your favorites (add, remove, view, email, etc.) without having to reenter your login information. Additionally, you can recall your Favorite Listings from any page using the "Favorites" tab at the top of the page:  Favorites If you do not have any saved favorites, begin a new search We are happy to provide you with this valuable tool and we hope you find it useful.
